The data refer to fifteen-day and monthly measurements of sinking particulate matter in the marine areas of the northern Aegean, Cretan, Ionian Seas and the Levantine/northeastern Mediterranean. The collection instruments were PPS3/3 Technicap sediment traps with collection areas of 0.125 m² and 12 receiving cups. A dataset of landslide and no-landslide occurrences was generated by implementing the Persistent Scatterer Interferometry (PSI) technique on ERS, ENVISAT, and Sentinel-1 SAR imagery. In addition, the dataset incorporates a range of landslide causal factors.

Data of hydrological parameters in the water column selected at 11 discrete points in the Cretan and southeast Ionian Sea, during an oceanographic cruise conducted in April 2025 under the CLIMPACT project. Data include pressure, in-situ temperature, potential temperature, salinity, potential density σθ and dissolved oxygen, from surface to bottom. Data were sampled with shipborne CTD probe.

The time-series dataset includes flowering data (presence/absence of flowers) of Posidonia oceanica meadows across 58 sites in Greece, covering the period from 2007 to 2021. For each site and and year within the study period, the following variables are also provided: Maximum sea surface temperature during summer, cumulative intensity of summer marine heatwaves, maximum intensity of summer marine heatwaves and heatwave category (Moderate - Extreme).
