Τα δεδομένα αφορούν θρεπτικά άλατα στη στήλη του νερού από 5 επιλεγμένους σταθμούς του Κρητικού και νοτιοανατολικού Ιονίου Πελάγους, τα οποία συλλέχθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια ωκεανογραφικού πλου τον Απρίλιο 2025 στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος CLIMPACT. Τα δείγματα νερού συλλέχθηκαν με το σύστημα δειγματοληψίας του Ω/Κ "ΑΙΓΑΙΟ", από διακριτά βάθη στη στήλη του νερού, από την επιφάνεια έως τον πυθμένα του κάθε σταθμού (12 - 18 διακριτά βάθη αναλόγως του μέγιστου βάθους του κάθε σταθμού). Η ανάλυση των δειγμάτων πραγματοποιήθηκε στο διαπιστευμένο σύμφωνα με το πρότυπο ISO/IEC 17025:2017 εργαστήριο του Ινστιτούτου Ωκεανογραφίας του ΕΛ.ΚΕ.Θ.Ε.
The data concern nutrient concentrations in the water column from five selected stations in the Cretan Sea and the southeastern Ionian Sea. The samples were collected during the oceanographic cruise that took place in April 2025 within the framework of the CLIMPACT project. Water samples were collected using the rosette sampling system aboard the R/V AEGAEO, at discrete depths throughout the water column, from the surface to the seabed at each station. Depending on the maximum depth of each station, samples were collected from 12 to 18 discrete depths. The samples were analyzed at the laboratory of the Institute of Oceanography of the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR), which is accredited in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
